Routes Traveled

Downriver (North toward Saginaw Bay)

This route is generally preferred for most charters and outings when first-time visitors to the area are onboard. Travel from our dock to the mouth of the river averages 45 minutes depending on the vessel in use, river and bridge traffic and weather conditions.  Distance traveled varies with event, amount of time scheduled for event, weather conditions and Captain’s planned course.

Upriver (South toward Zilwaukee)

This route provides more natural scenery than the North route and is scheduled twice weekly during our history tours. This route may provide calmer waters during inclement weather conditions. We generally cruise to the vicinity of the Zilwaukee Bridge depending on the event, amount of time scheduled, weather conditions and Captain’s planned course.

Longer events may utilize both North and South routes if desired.
